Every summer, IMB provides research opportunity for undergraduate students. Ping is an advocate for this undergraduate summer research program as she thinks that early exposure to research will help the undergraduate students to find out if he or she will be interested in pursuing a career in research. We hope to identify and foster the next generation of young scientists in Taiwan! Last week, the Hsueh lab welcomes 6 undergraduate students from 6 different Universities in Taiwan and USA (台大，東吳，中國醫藥，彰師大，成大，University of Rochester ). Together, we are going to exploit the awesome power of C. elegans genetics to study its interactions with fungi!
